"what are you doing?"
and he was like...
"knitting."
so i went to the art store and bought yarn and needles and watched youtube videos on how to knit! i'm totally a pro now. SEE! LOOK!

BUT!! the point of this blog is this...
it's funny how people play into the things you are doing with your life.
for instance i had JUST enrolled in cosmetology and been in school for about a week when people at work started to say stuff like...
"can you come over and cut my hair!" and "omg you should totally color my hair!"
first of all.....i had JUST started school. i hadn't even picked up a comb, let alone learned about colors and developers and all that shit! just because i'm in school doesn't mean i'm freaking Paul Mitchell.
also when i tell someone i'm going to school for cosmetology they will say things like "oh my aunt owns a salon! you should totally work for her!" one time this lady that i was serving at the bar told me she owned a salon and that i should come work for her. i could be the worst cosmetologist EVER but yet she gave me a card and her number and everything. who said i wanted to work for anyone anyways?! maybe i wanna start my own place and run you bitches outta business! [i dont...but just sayin]
ok so back to the scarves......i told people that i learned how to knit and now i guess i'm taking special orders.
"oh you should make me a scarf?!"
"oh you should make me a hat!"
"wanna make me a sweater?!"
"do you think you can knit me something for my aunt's friend's baby?"
ugh......lord
do you know what i mean?
yes i know how to knit. no i'm not making scarves for everyone in my contact list. by the time i'm done knitting a whole scarf i just wanna wear it for like a day and a half.
i guess i'll just start charging ;)
i feel like that was a long way of saying i'm annoyed.
The End. :)
